Integrative Massage
I bring over 20 years of studying and practicing different styles of bodywork to the table. My intention is to create a unique experience every session because the body and mind feel different everyday. The benefits of massage are similar to exercise: enhanced immunity by simulating lymph flow, release of beneficial endorphins to help with depression, anxiety, increase circulation, improve range of motion and flexibility in joints, nourish the skin, relax tight fascia and muscles. I integrate Swedish massage, trigger point, joint mobility, craniosacral, Strain Counterstrain, reflexology, aromatherapy and Reiki for my holistic approach. |
